Choosing a vehicle: plan passengers and luggage together

Saloon or van? A little preparation helps you identify the right vehicle and clarify luggage requirements before travelling.

Start with a complete list

First, list everyone travelling and the items they will bring. Include not only large suitcases but also cabin bags, pushchairs, sports equipment and materials for business appointments. Share these details with your provider instead of choosing solely by passenger count. This makes it easier to assess the space your journey requires before the day of travel.

The three BK Limousine vehicles

The Mercedes-Benz S-350 seats up to three passengers. The Mercedes-Benz V250 Long is intended for up to six, and the V250 XL for up to seven. These figures refer to people. They are not a guarantee that a specific number of large suitcases can also be carried. Your actual luggage needs are discussed separately.

Preparing to travel with children

For a family trip, give the ages and needs of the children travelling. Any required restraints and their availability must be explicitly discussed before the journey. Mention whether you are bringing your own equipment and the folded dimensions of a pushchair. Confirmation of a vehicle enquiry does not automatically settle these arrangements.

Mention bulky items early

Skis, large sports bags and presentation equipment need different space from small travel bags. Where possible, provide dimensions for unusual items. For a mountain journey, access to the destination also belongs in your plan. Travelling towards Zermatt, for example, requires consideration of the onward journey from Täsch.

Make the choice together

Send passenger numbers, a luggage list, route and date in one message. We use that information to discuss a suitable vehicle option. Tell us about changes before the journey, such as another passenger or an additional large suitcase. Explore the three vehicles on our fleet page, then contact us about your actual travel plans.

Match your passenger count to a vehicle request

For up to 3 passengers, you can enquire about the S-350. For 4–6 passengers, consider the V250 Long or V250 XL; for 7 passengers, the V250 XL. For more than 7 passengers, choose vehicle advice in the form to discuss the arrangement. Passenger capacity alone does not determine how many suitcases will fit.

Describe your luggage so we can plan

For example: “4 passengers, 2 large suitcases, 2 cabin bags and 1 folded pushchair.” Include dimensions for skis, a wheelchair or other large items. These details help us assess your request; they do not mean the items will fit in every vehicle.
