Share your travel details and meeting addresses. We discuss airport transfers, journeys between locations and the return trip. Contacts, pickup points and times are clarified in advance.
For individuals and small teams
The Mercedes-Benz S-350 offers up to three passenger seats; the two V-Class vehicles offer up to six and seven respectively. For teams travelling with presentation equipment or extra luggage, we discuss the available space separately.
Meetings and events
For an event, please provide the schedule, number of people and routes required. Multiple vehicles, recurring journeys and special organisational requests are assessed individually. Availability and conditions become binding only after confirmation.
Discuss your journey
For visits to several offices or a small delegation, provide the passenger count, meeting schedule and exact company addresses. Let us know if a separate organiser is coordinating the journey. Waiting, intermediate stops and a return journey are agreed in the quotation.
