How to plan your journey
Plan a private transfer with BK Limousine. Each estimate is a one-way total per vehicle; we confirm the price and availability personally.
- Enter pickup and destination addresses and choose matching suggestions. Add the date, Swiss local time and passenger count.
- Calculate the route and estimated fares, then choose a suitable vehicle.
- Add your full name, phone number and email address. The flight number is optional.
- Submit your enquiry: you and BK Limousine receive an email with a reference and journey details. You can then discuss it on WhatsApp. Availability and the final price are confirmed personally.

Tariff date: 2026-09-27. All amounts are estimates per vehicle, one way.
The fixed fare applies up to and including 24 km. Beyond this distance, the full actual road distance is multiplied by the kilometre rate, with the fixed fare as the minimum. The fixed fare is not added again. The distance limit uses the unrounded route length.
Automatic estimates cover approved countries: Switzerland. For Zermatt, ferries and other destinations, we discuss the journey personally. 8+ passengers require a plan using multiple vehicles.
The calculator shows an estimate. The total confirmed in writing includes applicable taxes, standard greeting and normal airport parking. Additional stops, route changes and waiting beyond the included period are itemised separately. Requested child seats are itemised in the estimated total; suitability and availability require confirmation.
No payment, account or automatic booking. The map and driving time help with planning; they are not live navigation. Device location is used only when requested and allowed in your browser.

Does an enquiry confirm a booking?
A form submission or WhatsApp message is an enquiry. The booking becomes confirmed when the journey, vehicle and total fare are confirmed in writing. These conditions are provided before that written confirmation. An automatic enquiry-received email is not a confirmed booking.
Where do we meet at the airport?
At Zurich Airport: According to the flight’s arrival hall, a named greeting takes place in the public area after the customs exit at Arrival 1 or Arrival 2. The exact meeting point and driver details are sent by WhatsApp or SMS before the journey. The airport map selection is a routing reference; it does not designate a fixed desk, gate or car-park meeting point.
How much luggage will fit?
That depends on the people, vehicle and bags. Share the number and approximate size of your bags, including skis, pushchairs or other bulky items.
What happens if I am delayed or need extra stops?
Airport collection includes 60 minutes of waiting from the actual flight landing time. At hotels and other addresses, 20 minutes from the agreed pickup time are included. Additional waiting costs CHF 1 per minute. The customer is informed when the included time is exceeded and an additional charge applies. We take your flight number and update the collection time according to the actual flight status. No waiting charge applies to a delay before the aircraft lands. For delays extending into the following day, vehicle availability is reconfirmed; any transfer payment collected is refunded if the service cannot be provided. Airline-caused delays are not treated as the customer being late or failing to arrive. Additional stops are agreed in advance and itemised separately.
