Bern
Bern Airport Transfer & Private Shuttle
A business appointment in Bern, a stay in the centre or onward travel from Zurich: the exact address matters as much as the time you need to arrive.
From Zurich Airport to Bern
For a journey to Bern, provide the exact hotel, company address or agreed meeting point. For Old Town destinations, we confirm accessible vehicle access. For an appointment, tell us your required arrival time at the destination as well as the flight arrival.
Calculated driving time is a guide, not a guaranteed arrival time. Allow a suitable buffer for important connections or appointments. A later pickup in Bern and return to the airport requires separate confirmation of the time and vehicle.

Bern Airport Shuttle with the right airport selected
For a Bern Airport Transfer, specify both the airport and your complete destination address. A journey from Zurich Airport differs from collection at Bern Airport. If you have an appointment in the city, share the entrance and required arrival time. Your private shuttle is planned for your group; it does not follow a public bus timetable or sell individual seats.

Plan your route and estimated fare
Zurich to Bern with a clear schedule
For a journey from the Zurich region, tell us when your appointment starts as well as your preferred departure time. We can then discuss pickup and the flexibility your programme needs. Include a brief hotel stop or a second business address in your original enquiry so that every stage can be considered.
Hotels and meeting points in the centre
For an old-town hotel or accommodation, ask your host about the intended vehicle access. We agree a suitable drop-off point; direct access to every front door should not be assumed. For later collection, a precise address and a telephone number where you can be reached locally make the meeting arrangement clearer.
Return travel and different arrival points
If your journey starts at Bern Airport, name that airport explicitly and share the flight number. For a return after a city appointment, provide the actual pickup location. If travelling onwards to Zurich, you can enquire about the airport or hotel destination and any extra stages together. The itinerary follows the route agreed for your request.

Questions about your transfer
Can we drop luggage at our hotel before a meeting?
Include that stop and the full hotel address in your enquiry. The stop and time needed become part of the agreed route.
Will collection be directly outside the hotel?
We agree an accessible pickup point. Hotel access instructions are particularly useful for properties in the centre.
